This Elevated Series Tasting Set features two exceptional coffees: Edinson Muñoz Sudan Rume and Francy Burbano Pink Bourbon, honoring the immense care and craftsmanship behind coffees of this caliber.
Edinson Muñoz’s Sudan Rume placed 3rd in the South Region and 6th overall in the Osito Copa de Oro, standing as the only finalist outside of Pink Bourbon and Geisha varieties. This rare Ethiopian variety expresses striking florality, juicy acidity, and jam-like complexity.
From San Agustín, Huila, Francy Burbano’s Pink Bourbon reflects the region’s high elevations and cool temperatures, producing layered and expressive coffees. Francy was also the only woman producer to place in the top 15 of the 2025 competition.
